Most of the buildings within the Millars Maltings complex have been in single family ownership for over 30 years. Over the past 5 years, Millars Three and Millars One have undergone extensive and sensitive restorations to restore these heritage buildings back to their former glory, whilst offering modern services to commercial tenants and contemporary loft style apartments for residents.
This work continues and the objective is that ultimately over the next 2 years, we will have created an attractive vibrant thoroughfare from Bishops Stortford town centre through to the station alive with businesses who support each other while providing invaluable services to the local area and to the residents who live and work there. Offices, restaurants, a café, and health and beauty services all add to this vibrant location.
