We are fortunate to host a broad range of commercial tenants which include engineering companies, a care company, financial advisers, a dance school, various restaurants, a café, a beautician and numerous other small and medium sized businesses. Millars Three hosts many of these businesses currently and Millars One is currently under significant renovation and will be creating new spaces for tenants later in the year and in particular we are looking at holistic, health orientated tenants to create new services on offer in the Maultings for the benefit of all and as part of our desire to create a vibrant live work emporium.
We are also launching a tenant log in facility through which we can share Millars Maltings news to our tenants or through which existing tenants might also offer services to each other
